E2LA is a resource hub that empowers first-generation and low-income students through three core pillars: a curated database of fellowships, internships, and leadership opportunities; culturally relevant workshops offered in partnership with schools, nonprofits, and conferences; and an immersive residential summer program that supports Black high school students in building the knowledge, confidence, and tools to thrive in college and beyond.
